Does the kit include letters?
Yes! Each kit will include an arrival and departure letter.
If you would like to customize your own letters, you will also have access to printable templates in The Elfin Hub.
Are the ideas new each season?
Yes! Each season features ALL BRAND NEW IDEAS...and we custom design oodles of props that you won't find anywhere else!
How many elves will it accommodate?
The basic kit will accommodate ONE elf.
If you have TWO elves, you will want to add the supplies for an extra elf at checkout.
Is the elf included?
No, the elf is NOT INCLUDED, you will need to provide your own elf.
How many children will it accommodate?
The basic kit is designed for up to 3 children. If you need supplies for additional children beyond 3, you can add additional supplies from our shop.
Does the kit include instructions?
Absolutely! We've made the process effortless by ensuring you have access to all
instructions and materials every step of the way.
Each kit includes daily QR codes with photos and step-by-step instructions for quick and easy setup.
Plus, you’ll unlock The Elfin Hub, your go-to resource for detailed instructions, tips, tricks, and printable templates to make the season even more magical!
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE - anywhere in the US!
When will my kit ship?
We begin shipping in July!
If you pre-order your kit before July, it will ship in July.
If you purchase your kit after July, it will ship within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase - if you’re not completely satisfied, returning it is simple!
EASY RETURNS
Please contact us to start the return process.
You have 30 days from your purchase to return your item.
Please ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it, and we will take care of the rest.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your return, we’ll quickly inspect it and process your refund.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For credit cards, it may take 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged or returned after 30 days, we won’t be able to process a refund.
